Stromboli
Stromboli is the only volcano in Europe and one of the few in the world in permanent eruptive activity. It emerges from the sea with two 920 meters height peaks. The crater area is formed by 3 active cones, whose volcanic activity is mainly of an explosive nature, with the launching of lapilli and magma fragments. The lava flows are channeled into a wide steep descent valley towards the sea, called Sciara di Fuoco. It is also possible to go trekking up to the Stromboli crater. Most of the inhabitants (about 450), called Strombolani, live in the small town Ficogrande. The island attracted the attention of international audiences in 1949 with the film “Stromboli – Land of God”. (Starring: Ingrid Bergman and Roberto Rossellini).

During any possible stops on other islands, you have the option to leave your luggage on board during the shore excursion.
The time indicated on the ticket refers to the departure time of the motorboat. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at the check-in point at the port of Tropea.
Upon request, departure from the Vibo Marina port is possible. Please specify if you wish to depart from Vibo Marina when booking; otherwise, the ticket will automatically be for departure from the port of Tropea.

Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
Excursions with the motorboat depend on weather and sea conditions and should, therefore, always be confirmed 1 or 2 days before departure. If the tour is canceled by the shipping company, you will be notified to arrange an alternative date (if possible) or to receive a refund of the amount paid.
Note: Shipping companies reserve the right to alter proposed itineraries due to sea weather conditions or instructions from port authorities (which may also require a change in the order of the docking islands).
In the rare event of trip cancellation, the agency has no obligation other than to refund the amount paid.
