Villa Cesare

Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub on a ridge overlooking the sea, Villa Cesare is a very particular house, unique in its kind, not only very well kept and comfortable, but refined and purposely built with ancient methods and eco-compatible materials, in respect of the environment and of the rural architectural tradition.

The house was built with the use of eco-compatible materials, with an almost total absence of plastic and derivatives. Its structure, totally in stone, fits into a unique natural context, the villa develops on one level, and is equipped with a large living room well equipped with TV, sofas, fireplace and dining table. From the lounge you can enjoy a spectacular sea view, while the built-in kitchenette with oven and dishwasher is very functional. It has three double bedrooms convertible into single beds and two bathrooms with shower.

The villa is well furnished, from over one hundred year old terracotta to the numerous details in solid wood, as well as the bathrooms and the kitchen are embellished with artistic Vietri ceramics.

All facing the sea, it enjoys a spectacular view, which goes from Sicily to the Aeolian Islands. The deliberately Mediterranean garden is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. There is also a barbecue area with a traditional peasant wood-burning oven.

For bookings longer than 7 nights, if guests wish, they can request an infra-weekly cleaning with an extra cost of 50 euros to be paid in cash.

At the time of booking confirmation we will ask you for an advance and then pay the rest about two weeks before your arrival.

Conditions and terms of cancellation

In case of renunciation by the customer, if the cancellation occurs within one month of arrival, the deposit paid will be returned. Otherwise the amount paid will be withheld.
