On the island, you’ll find thermal springs and natural muds known for their exceptional therapeutic qualities. According to legend, the island is the abode of Aeolus, the god of the winds. This southernmost island of the archipelago is separated from nearby Lipari by a channel approximately 1.6 km wide and is comprised of four volcanoes, one of which is still active. The Levante bay experiences fumarolic manifestations, with underwater thermal springs (hot waters) and natural muds (sulphurous) known for their exceptional therapeutic properties, particularly effective for rheumatism, arthropathies, and circulatory diseases.

- One Way Tropea-Vulcano. Transportation with a modern, comfortable motorboat. The boat is divided into two levels with a terrace, indoor and outdoor areas, a bar, and restrooms.
- Tourist tax of 5€ per person, food and drinks
During any possible stops on other islands, you have the option to leave your luggage on board during the shore excursion.
The time indicated on the ticket refers to the departure time of the motorboat. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at the check-in point at the port of Tropea.
Upon request, departure from the Vibo Marina port is possible. Please specify if you wish to depart from Vibo Marina when booking; otherwise, the ticket will automatically be for departure from the port of Tropea.

Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
Excursions with the motorboat depend on weather and sea conditions and should, therefore, always be confirmed 1 or 2 days before departure. If the tour is canceled by the shipping company, you will be notified to arrange an alternative date (if possible) or to receive a refund of the amount paid.
Note: Shipping companies reserve the right to alter proposed itineraries due to sea weather conditions or instructions from port authorities (which may also require a change in the order of the docking islands).
In the rare event of trip cancellation, the agency has no obligation other than to refund the amount paid.
