How can we book one of your services?

The booking of every service is very simple. You just need to choose the service which you want to book and communicate us your decision through email, telephone or personally in the agency. You can send us also an enquiry through our comfortable enquiry form on our website. Then we will check the availability, after a deposit we will send/give you the voucher for your booked service.

 

Can we request an offer and book also on the telephone?

How does the payment work?

Directly in agency:  

If you are already arrived in Tropea you can simply pass in the agency where you can pay in cash or with credit card.

Telephone/Email:

To do a reservation per email/telephone, you need to comunicate us your credit card number. In this way we can take a deposit to confirm your reservation. Following we will send you the voucher for the service booked to your email or directly to your hotel (at the reception the voucher will be printed for you.

Credit Card:  

To book an excursion or accommodation you can book also with the credit card directly in the agency. In alternative you can communicate us your credit card number per telephone/email. Following we will send/give you the voucher by email/personally/or to your hotel.

 

What happens if we decided to book with the credit card, but we do not send our bank contacts until the indicated deadline?

In the case we do not receive your payment/your bank details, we will contact you. If we do not receive any answer, the booking will be eliminated automatically.

Excursions

How much before do we need to book?

We always recommend to book as soon as you decide that you want to do an excursion. Especially in summer the excursions are all very requested and it can happen that the available places finish fast.

 

Since/until when are the excursions to the Aeolian Islands offered?

The excursions to the Aeolian Island are offered from the beginning of May until the end of October.

 

How does CST give us the voucher for the excursions booked?

With every reservation done directly in the agency you will get the voucher personally. On this voucher there will be written the date and the departure time of the excursion booked. If you book per email/telephone we will send the voucher to your email or directly to your hotel. Following we will take the sum from you credit card to confirm your booking.

 

Do the excursions with the boat also take place with the weather is bad?

If the weather is bad and the sea is too rough it can happen that the boats cannot leave. In this case we will return you the deposit paid in advance or give you the possibility to do the excursion on another day.

 

Who contacts us in the case the time of departure should change or the excursion does not take place?

In this case we will contact you personally on your telephone number which you need to leave us with every reservation or in alternative we will leave a message at the reception of your hotel.

 

Why do we need to give the name of our hotel, the room number and our telephone number to CST at the moment of reservation?

In the case of bad weather, of variations or if an excursion cannot take place, in this way we have the possibility to contact you.

 

Can we have an offer/package upon our wishes?

Yes, of course! You can send us an email or contact us through our enquiry form on our website and we will put together an offer/package that suits your needs.

 

Is it possible to book for a group?

For every request under special conditions we will find a solution for you. Just contact us by email or telephone and we will send you an offer.

 

Are there any discounts for children? Until which age?

Nearly all of our services offer discounts for children (4 to 12 years). Babys from 0 to 4 years are for free.

Apartments/Hotel

How can we make an enquiry for an offer of an apartment/hotel?

After that you chose the period and the accommodation wished you can contact us by telephone, email or through our enquiry form directly on our website. We will the send you an email with all the possible offers for your chosen period of holiday.

 

Can we have an offer/package upon our wishes?

Yes, of course! You can send us an email or contact us through our enquiry form on our website and we will put together an offer/package that suits your needs.

 

Can we send more enquiries for different accommodations?

Yes, of course. If you send us different enquiries we can give you information for all accommodations chosen by you. After this you can choose between these the structures which one is best for you.

 

How can we accept an offer?

After you contact us through telephone/email and you accepted you will receive the confirmation of your booking with the relative modality of payment chosen by the structure.

 

How does the payment work?

Every reservation for a structure needs to be accompanied of a deposit of 30% of the total. This sum you must pay by credit card. The rest of 70% of the total you will need to pay at your arrival in our office or directly in the hotel by credit card or in cash.

 

Where can we find the telephone number and the email address of the hotel/apartment?

At your reservation we will communicate the contact details of the hotel/apartment, including the telephone number and email address, usually indicated on the voucher.

 

What happens if we booked, but we cannot come?

Every reservation is possible to cancel, but following you will lose the deposit already paid.

 

If we have a problem in the apartment, who do we need to refer to?

If you booked an apartment you can always refer to us. Our team is at your complete disposal for every request, information or problem which may appear in your apartment. If you booked a hotel you can usually refer directly to the receptionist.

 

Where do we need to do the check-in?

At your reservation we will communicate you the place where you will need to do the check-in. For the apartments/villas usually the check-in is done directly in our agency, for the hotels you can do the check-in at the reception of the structure.
